Wear your aligners according to your doctor's instructions, usually about 22 hours per day.

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling your aligners.

After you insert the aligner over the teeth, ensure that the aligner is fully seated by pressing the aligner at the back and front a few times.

You can also use a cotton roll or chewie to bite from left to right and from right to left, for about 30 seconds before bedtime.

Remove your aligner before eating or brushing your teeth.

When you are not wearing your aligner, keep it in the box provided. Aligner is difficult to make and replacing the aligner will incur additional fee.

You can drink plain water while wearing the aligner.

It is important to maintain good oral hygiene. Brush and floss your teeth after each meal. If it is not possible, then at least rinse your mouth with plain water before wearing the aligner.

Rinse and/or brush your aligner gently with some toothpaste. Do not soak in denture cleansing solution or any other chemicals as they may affect the transparency of the aligner.

Keep all of your older aligners in clean plastic bags, out of reach of small children and pets.
